If hotel lodging for Spring Break doesn't meet your needs, take a look the vacation rental option.  Vacation rentals offer all types of accommodations including houses and condos.  When selecting a vacation rental make sure its location is close to the beach and near all the action.  Use the zoom map on their site and make sure the property is beachside.
